Home Inspections of The Future.

Home inspections are nondestructive inspections. Inspectors can not open walls, scrape paint, or do anything that may cause damage to the home. If an issue is not visible to the inspector, if he can not see it, the inspector can not report it. It's just that simple. Unseen issues can be lurking behind walls. Unseen by you and the inspector.

The future is here. Now, using infrared thermography, Cedar Hill can measure the surface temperature anomalies that, under the right conditions, can detect water & moisture leaks, air leaks, and more.

Cedar Hill will do a 'check' of known problem areas (under & around sinks and other plumbing fixtures, exterior walls, ceilings, accessible attics, accessible basements/crawlspaces, etc.) to look for deficiencies. If we find something that needs more attention, we'll document it and then report it to you.

Add this service to your complete home inspection or Cedar Hill can complete a thermographic inspection all by itself
